Feature Request: Compatibility with kick motors such as Bluedog and restartable solids.

Bluedog Design Bureau has kick motors that do not play nice with MechJeb - they can be started and shut down once. MechJeb having logic to play with engines that have locked throttle but can be shut down would be helpful.
