So I'm using the ascent guidance to get into orbit. The first, second, and third stages go off without a hitch but for some reason, the 4th stage goes off but the coupler that the command module sits on goes off too. They're not in the same stage, I think it has something to do with the program but I'm not sure.
Edit: Auto Stage is on
