I am on the latest version of KSP. I opened up Mechjeb2 after reinstalling it and the menu seemed to be working but when I choose an option like "Docking Autopilot" the windows does not show and only will show if I drag it around but if I let it go than it move outside the screen. Any info would help.

It's still going on. Why is there no response to this? And, now, KSP is throwing an error on start saying that the [latest] version of Mechjeb is not compatible with the [latest] version of KSP that is running, and won't start Mechjeb...
