Can't select planet in Delta-V Stats menu

When you have a lot of planets installed, the planet list in the dropdown menu of the 'Delta-V Stats' window does not display them all. There is no scroll bar or way to see the entire list. The list is limited by game resolution.

Replication:

  1. Install Galaxies Unbound, which adds lots of planets.
  2. Go to VAB.
  3. Open 'Delta-V Stats' window.
  4. Attempt to select a particular planet from the drop down menu.
  5. BUG: Some planets will be hidden in the drop down menu list.

Issue: The planet list is too long in MechJeb menu's, so you cannot change the launch planet for the 'Delta-V Stats' window.

Suggestion: Add a scrollbar to the dropdown menu.
