Mechjeb + Galileo planet pack not creating circular orbits

I'm trying to use MechJeb with Galileo planet pack. Unfortunately, it seems to get confused and isn't able to properly put me in a circular orbit. Here is the ascent profile I am trying to use and a picture of the orbit it keeps trying to put me into.
Is this a known issue with trying to use mechjeb with a custom planet pack? Are there documented steps I can take to get this working?
