Unchecking the Autostage setting box inside the PVG ascent guidance options does not turn off autostaging if guidance has already been started and the rocket launched. Other settings may also be effected.

Ideally all setting changes should take effect either immediately or on the next PVG convergence, or the setting should be blocked from being changed as feedback to the user that it cannot be changed anymore.
