I am running the latest version of KSP and MJ and I have a rocket I'm trying to land, if i face retrograde and throttle up, it moves perfectly straight, however if MJ attempts the same thing during the Deceleration Burn it keeps randomly tilting off-course(away from retrograde) and having to re-adjust, what could be the cause of this?
