I seem to have an issue where simple crafts (i.e just pods, or pod with a single fuel tank) w/o RCS seem to lose the ability to control attitude after a while of flying just fine, they stay perfectly still and I can't change orientation, and this isn't the same as the time warp glitch since the slides at the bottom left of the screen showing pitch, yaw and roll are responsive but the craft itself is not

Does your ship have electricity? That is required to change direction as of version .21
