I have this problem (mech tab and menus show up), but I don't have Comodo. I have KSP .21 with mech 2.0.9. I put it in the gamedata folder. Try it and it didn't work. Put the parts in the parts folder and the plugin and the plugin folder, and it didn't work. Started a new game, and that didn't work. I tried it on stock parts.

Everything else is working. The mech radio thing is showing up, the rockets act like rockets, and so on.
