Latest release of Mechjeb docking autopilot misses by about .5 meters every time. Spacecraft unable to dock when this far off center.

  • Have you selected the docking ports explicitly on both sides (control from here; set as target)?
  • Could this be issued due to a wrong attitude adjustment?

Could you please provide further information.
