Your error is a problem with modularFuelTanks dll.

There seems to be a conflict between modularfueltanks and mechjeb 2 here. I'm not familiar enough with the code to interpret the errors any further.

However, Modular Fuels is known to conflict with many mods. It is far more likely to be the problem.
