MechJeb does not activate R.A.P.I.E.R engines when landing

The engines can be in jet or rocket mode, either way MechJeb will not open the throttle to brake for landing.

Which version did you use ?

MechJeb2 2.1.0.0-136

MechJeb also seems to block the auto switching of R.A.P.I.E.R engines from rocket to jet mode on re-entry.

The delta-V and thrust calculations all read zero too.
