KSP 0.23 + MJ 138 No autostaging

Using Mechjeb 138 http://jenkins.mumech.com/job/MechJeb2/138/changes with KSP 0.23 has for me the effect that autostaging does not work anymore while using the autopilot for the ascent.

139 fixed that yesterday. I should have made that clearer in the commit
