I have the steam ver of k.s.p 0.23.0395 download mechhjab put extract all of it in the game data folder go to the game it loads but no tab bar on right side of screen Need Help thank you for your time

Is this in sandbox or career? You need to unlock the part if you're in
career mode, and in either case you will need to have part a ship before
MechJeb will show up

You need the current dev version for .23

it career mode i have the part but the right side tab will not show up if i need the dev ver how to get it
