Just downloaded the latest nightly build and when I start a transfer maneuver MechJeb doesn't do anything. No log output in KSP.log, no node created. I've tried creating from within Kerbin SOI as well as outside SOI. Hohmann transfer works just fine though.

Has this maneuver been deprecated? I seem to recall in the past it did a lot more like fixing planes and whatnot.
