So I've been a big fan of Mechjeb since it was created, however...I've been away from KSP for awhile and when I returned, this was the first mod I updated. its currently running on a clean version of KSP, though I use "running" very loosely.

The modules appear in the VAB, yet and I'm able to put them on the vessel, and the small menu tab appears. However, the problem is that when I click the menu tab, there is nothing in it. I will include a screenshot of the problem. Also, not sure if related, but the AR case is showing a red light? Thank you ahead of time.

also, the mod was installed into the Game data folder, just to rule that out.

I had the same issue. In my case, I discovered it was caused by the Toolbar (GameData\000_Toolbar) provided with the Crew Manifest mod, which was not updated yet. I just downloaded the Toolbar mod latest version directly from KSC Forum and the problem was solved.

Note: deleting 000_Toolbar folder also solved the problem.
