Log is spammed with

[MechJeb2] Exception on MechJebModuleStageStats.RunSimulation(): FuelFlowSimulation.SimulateStage reached max step count of 100

Steps to reproduce:

Create new rocket consisting of Stayputnik with radially attached AR202, X200-32 fuel tank, Skipper engine. Attach two BACC SRBs radially to the fuel tank. Right click SRB and set thrust limiter to 0. Launch rocket. Open Delta-V Stats window and see no data, check log file and see error message.

Expected behavior: Delta-V Stats window should be filled. Engines with thrust limiter set to 0 should be considered dead weight and be used in the calculations as such.

Tested with: KSP 0.24 64-bit Linux, MJ 2.3.0.0.
