Mechjeb not showing its interface and not showing the pause interface (esc) and not showing rocket name interface

I'm using MJ 2.3.1.1 on KSP 0.23 , at the title screen it says mods are incompatibility but i can place the MJ Module, without the interface i says on the above. What should i do? Sorry for my bad english.
