Request: More options for Maneuver Planner LAN changes

Having done my first set of satellite contracts, I decided to try to use MJ to change my LAN. (It's one of the few maneuvers I wasn't certain on how to do outside of an equatorial orbit.) It... didn't work very well (exceptionally high dV costs).
It seems that the dV costs for LAN changes are far cheaper at the northernmost/southernmost parts of the orbit (at least with a circular orbit), so could we get an option for MJ to plot the relevant maneuvers at those points? (And/or a "at a time that minimizes dV" option.)
