Replication:

• Land on Minmus with "show landing predictions" ticked and it works correctly.
• Do your sciencey, sample collecting, flag planting mission.
• Blast off with "show landing predictions" still checked and the blue X is at where you're leaving from.
• Pick a new target and click 'Land at Target'
• MJ goes into Course Correction mode, picks the correct direction and thrust and starts that way, but the landing prediction X is not updated and the burn will overshoot until you run out of fuel.

Workaround:

• Abort the autoland, check and uncheck show landing predictions and it all works well with a subsequent autoland.
• Also, unticking show landing predictions before attempting the second landing resets whatever state and it works fine.
