Request: Ability to set LaN in decimal degrees

In the maneuver planning module of MechJeb, when setting up a node to alter the Longitude of the Ascending Node, the input is in DMS format. Since the contracts in which you must orbit a vehicle specify the LaN in decimal degrees, it is currently necessary to convert this on the fly into decimal degrees.
