When driving a rover in a higher gravity environment like Kerbin (possible even elsewhere) the top speed that works for a rover going along flat country can be different from the one that is safe on a slope. So a clickthrough to a small menu with a list of grades and top speeds or a dynamic reduction top speed as a percentage of top speed as the slope increases might be nifty.
