Landing Guidance - problems with new CoM calculations

From 1.1.1 there are new CoM calculations to eliminate flickering of Ap/Pe and it disallow MJ Landing Guidance to do precise landings. "Distance to target" flickers almost every time the vessel turns, so most of time it does course corrections.
I'm using MJ 2.5.7 release version(installed from CKAN).
Is there any solution to it?
PS Where can I found documentation for MJ functions, like "safityThrustLimit(prediction)" in Landing Guidance?
