Feature request: Rover autopilot with throttle control

Hi sarbian, thank you once again for maintaining and developing Mechjeb!
At the moment there's a major increase in the popularity of ground vehicles. A lot of them are pretty heavy and the stock wheels can't handle them. Plus their max speed is laughable. I can't leave my '59 Cadillac Eldorado to drive through the hills on it's own.
Therefore we augment our vehicles with jet engines. Now the problem is, we can't leave it to Mechjeb because it's constantly fighting the jets and doesn't know what to do with them.
Not only that, I've invented a mechanism to control jet engine thrust using the brakes, I call it the Boost Flap. It's just a control surface that toggles whenever the brakes are hit, interrupting the thrust vector of the jet engines. This way the turbines keep running at full speed to compensate for the unrealistic spool times of KSP's jet engines. If Mechjeb could control a or multiple control surfaces, that would be terrific as well.
Thanks for your time.
