Manual settings/values entered into the Attitude Adjustment GUI are not being retained upon completion of a mission or reversion to launchpad/VAB. I haven't tried all of them, but at a minimum the Kd = X/Tf and Maximum Relative Angular Velocity values won't stay saved (these are my go-to parameters to keep MJ from overcompensating on maneuvers and burning up RCS monoprop...). I'm using MJ build no. 741 on KSP 1.3.0 WinX64.
