After undocking active vessel starts accelerating away. Upon leaving physics range the other vessel unloads. If at this moment the active vessel has Smart A.S.S turned on then Smart A.S.S. will ignore orientation settings and force RAD+ orientation of the vessel. It will also prevent stock SAS from turning on even if Smart A.S.S. is turned off or MJ is disabled in control part module.
