Smart A.S.S. ignores the unchecked "Use RCS for rotation"

Unchecking the option "use RCS for rotation" works for manual control and stock SAS, but seems to be ignored by the Smart A.S.S and maneuver executer - they still use RCS.
Tested on a fresh KSP installation (1.3.1, gog, linux) with mechjeb 2 (2.7.0.0).

Just came here to report this issue, and it's at the top 👍 This is a huge issue with trying to rendezvous with Smart A.S.S.
