Service Module does not get destroyed on impact in certain situations

May have something to do with improperly configured colliders or impact tolerance.
Confirmed.
Avionics Ring region lacks convex collision meshes (due to heat shield intersection requirements), hence impact collision detection failed. Will attempt to add ring section colliders.
