Update IACBM ParaDock lights to be consistent with FusTek IACBMs

The light transforms on the 1.25m IACBM docking port in the FusTek Station Parts pack have been modified with lower ranger, dimmer illumination and changed to spotlights to give a more accurate lighting effect (sumghai/FusTek_StationParts#26)
The IACBM ParaDock in SDHI SMS should be updated to match.
