Update references to stock part assets for KSP 0.25

In a recent KSP-TV Squadcast, it was noted that many stock parts have their internal asset names changed.
As the Service Module's fairingless engine is derived from the now-renamed stock LV-909, all references to that engine will also need to be changed accordingly for KSP 0.25.
(ASIDE: The Clamp-O-Tron docking port is still referred to internally as dockingPort2, so the SDHI ParaDock variant shouldn't need changing)
Turns out the Clamp-O-Tron's internal name has been renamed to simply dockingPort, so yes, the ParaDock variant also needs to be updated.
