Tweak Service Module and Avionics Ring to delay pod decoupling until umbilical animation has finished

@Starwaster informed me that the new 1.2.0 update to AnimatedDecouplers now includes a waitForAnimation parameter, which forces a decoupler to wait until a designated animation on the same part has finished playing.

This is a very cool QoL tweak, as it makes sense for the pod umbilical to move out of the way before the pod is decoupled. As such, the Service Module and Avionics Ring CFGs will be updated accordingly.

As of KSP 1.0.5, this feature is unfortunately not working.

@Starwaster is investigating.

Whoops, PEBKAC on my part - forgot the sync the changes from GitHub to my local working copy.

In any case, this is working fine now.
