Move part model origins to center of geometry

Due to the requirement for surface atttachment, the part origin is currently (and temporarily) located at the base of the strobe unit.
As KSP 1.1's in-flight part context menus draw a line from said menu to the part origin, it would be nice if it pointed at the center of the part rather than at the bottom.
On a lesser note, this would also ensure that a broken-off strobe light tumbles about its natural CoM ;)
