A forum user reported their save-game had ended up with a corrupt crew roster (unsure cause) and was wondering whether ShipManifest could help clean this up.

TL;DR: Some active/assigned kerbals had roles of "Applicant" or "Unassigned".

Added a manual way to manage broken Kerbals in the Roster.

Perhaps better to detect broken Kerbals after the game is loaded and provide a specific fix-kerbal interface?
