A heat shield module more appropriate to integrated parts.

Features:

• Handle the difference in mass and surface area of the heat-shield and the base part.
• Allow for a specific effective direction (optional) that influences how effective the heat-shield is at various orientations.
• Allow for several different ablator resources to be used (Swappable in vab?), which have different thermal properties.
• Allow for alternate heat-shield types -- active soak, passive soak.
  • Both basically just 'store' the heat in the heat shield, and reject it directly from the part at a rate dependent on external occluded atmo temp.
  • Active soak would have a higher transfer/rejection rate
