SSTUNodeFairing - Enable/disable resetting on part right click for engines with 'fairingEnabled = false'

Undecided if I should completely disable fairings for those mounts (as was intended), or clean up/fix the fairing interaction code to make them function properly.
Cleaned up the editor callback code in MEC that was causing the updates-on-right-click;
Also swapped the 'None' mount to have fairing enabled (as I fixed up the offset issues several releases ago).
Might still be some quirks with other mounts that are supposed to have a force-disabled fairing; will likely need to add some additional fields to NodeFairing to track when it has been force-disabled by external modules.
