Tanks do not scale diameter in Sandbox mode (never mind, my bad)

Mac OS (Yosemite) (if that matters).

Sandbox mode, MFT tanks show no diameter rescale option at all.

MUS tanks have a diameter control in right click, but it does not function. Also, MUS tanks appear at default 2.5m diameter, but as soon as I right-click, they change to 1.25m.

The after click image, precedes the initial placement image (placed at 2.5m, turned to 1.25m upon right-click)

I'm an idiot. You need to explicitly check the box for sandbox that all upgrades are applied. I'd close this, but I don't know how, lol.
