Munar re-entry @ 30pe results in burning out all ablator above 40k, riding the heat bar to its max the rest of the way down.

Need to check what 'type' of shield it was (lght, med, hv, ex); though I believe it was either hv or ex, which either should be more than sufficient for that re-entry.

Increased efficiency by 50%, should be fixed and avail with todays release.
