Were lost during the 1.2.2 -> 1.3.0 transition.

Need to be updated/reworked for the repository layout.

Should also update the build-script to include version # increment capability.
Also, should include auto-update (pull/merge) for master branch on KSPWheel.
And... auto-update for CRP and ModuleManager (if those repos include a compiled version)
