Extra texture on ship tanks that is just all white.

Going to roll this into #82, as I do not want to add any additional texture sets to the main download (and actually want to remove some if possible).

Have scheduled for 0.4 update, after the inclusion/swap over to the 'optional texture sets' setup. See #82 for more details.
