Alternate Texture Packs, Additional Texture Sets

TODO:
Add Additional texture sets to the optional download packs.
Current concepts:
- White - No Stringers
- White - With Stringers
- Full Orange - No Stringers (Shuttle-ET)
- Full Gray - No Stringers
DONE:
Move all but 1-3 textures for texture-set enabled parts into a separate texture pack download(s).
