Mage, would you allow a PR with the addition of Methalox to the tanks?

I know there is currently no engine in your pack with this fuel, but there are other mods and people with their own engine patches for Raptors and BE4 etc.

It requires the addition of one fueltype and one resource definition in each of the five tanks. I'd be happy to do the PR. The only question for you would be the ratio of the fuel, ie 3:1 ?
