Have added slider controls to interstage fairing and node-fairing modules.

Have reworked the slider control value storage for decoupler module (to bring it in line with the interstage fairing and node fairing modules) to use a single persistent value for each stat and restore the editor values (whole and partial values) on editor/vessel re-load.

This will likely have the side-effect of causing any existing procedural fairings on vessels to lose their 'extra' adjustment values (the whole values should still be in place).

Should be available with an update later today.
