NRE switching vessels in MapView Flight Scene.

[EXC 21:10:51.322] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
RSTUtils.AppLauncherToolBar.setAppLSceneVisibility (AppScenes visibleinScenes)
TarsierSpaceTech.TSTMenu.Update ()

This happens when changing between vessels in flight in the Map view, other that that everything works fine

Added null checks. Tested, NREs fixed.
