Halfway through a game, I think the mod broke. All planets have been fully discovered, and when I click on the observatory it crashes the game. Is there any way to reset it so I don't have to restart my save?

I can't see any errors in your log. Would need the log from when it occurred. would also need a log from when clicking the observatory crashes the game.
