Lots of camera wobble in KSP 1.X again.
Need to look at PID controllers, or tracking mechanism to help resolve this.

Here is a thread about SAS, wobble, but it is relevant to the topic of what we are talking about. Yes the SAS modules have changed from .90 to 1.0.x
Apparently Smart A.S.S. has a better PID controller than the default SAS. I will definitely be looking into what I can do in the way of maybe creating a PID controller for the telescopes.

Might be worth trying this.. Not sure it will help or not. but I will look into better PID controllers though. and perhaps a tracking mechanism.

V5.4.1 out, I cannot do much more on this issue. It's a limitation of the 32 bit unity game engine.
