By standart URIs are encoded in the known %CharCode Format
There should be an option f.e. "/telemachus/datalink?decodeURI=true&res=resource%5BLiquidFuel%5D" which switches to a behaviour that is nicer for web browsers and applications that follow RFC-Standards.
By default the current behaviour is fine
