Feature request: pause as event

I'm using Telemachus to write a "backstop" monitor that can monitor for some common failure modes (failing to deploy solar panels) and kill timewarp when such modes are detected.
It would be useful if instead of setting timewarp to 1:1, it were possible to have Telemachus pause the game. Is there a "run" I could send that would pause the game?
