mun's parent would be kerbin, kerbin's would be kerbol, etc. this would allow calculating transfer orbits etc.

A couple more fields that would be nice: body mass and sphere of influence.

These should be easy enough to add into the next release. Does the b.soi API string not return the correct sphere of influence?

b.soi should be fine - don't know why i missed it.
