WORK AROUND: Interstellar Technologies.

Some parts from Interstellar Technologies are failing Sanity Checks. Don't have a clue why, but this is what happens:

IT has not code, it's a parts only add'on. KSPIE does not causes any problem itself.

However, the TweakScale patches are solid, so there's no reason to withdraw TS from these parts. So I wrote this Issue Overrule. [EDIT: the patches are solid, but there's no way to safely keep them with things borking on this phase. So I'm removing these parts for while.

An Issue Overrule was naively attempted - just to realize that an Issue Overrule needs a working Sanity Check to be recognised (sigh).

Switching for a Work Around where the affected parts will loose TweakScale support. There's nothing more I can do without really diagnosing the problem, and I can't diagnose the problem by myself. This appears to involve KSP guts anyway…
