That's the history:

For years TweakScale Beta is using :FOR[TWEAKSCALE] on the patches - what really would be the best way to handle patching.

But few (if any) add'on authors had changed their ways. I start to push :FOR[TWEAKSCALE] on my default patches add'ons like Realism Overhaul will stop to work with TweakScale.

(sigh)

A bad standard is better than no standard at all. So I will keep things this way for some more time - at least until TweakScale3 - see #21 (comment) .
